Optional extra
A CRM shaped aroundhow you actually work.
Off-the-shelf systems force your business into their process. A bespoke CRM is built the other way round — around how your company handles customers, with everything in one organised place.
Why bespoke
Your process, not somebody else's.
Most customer records end up spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and notebooks. A generic CRM helps, but you end up bending your routine to fit its fields. We start by mapping how enquiries actually travel through your business, then build the system around that.
Because it is bespoke, it can connect to your website — so an enquiry submitted online lands in the same place as everything else.
What it can hold
- Every enquiry and lead from your website, in one organised place.
- Customer records, notes and the history of each relationship.
- Your stages, your wording, your way of tagging and following up.
- Simple views that show what needs attention today.
- Room to change the process later, as the business grows.
How a build runs
Mapped first, built second.
- 01
Map your process
We follow how a customer moves through your business today, from first contact to repeat work.
- 02
Design the system
Fields, stages and views are shaped around that process — not around a generic template.
- 03
Build and connect
The CRM is built and, where useful, connected to your website so enquiries arrive automatically.
- 04
Support and evolve
Ongoing support keeps it running, and it changes as your process does — the same way as your website.
A bespoke CRM is an optional extra, quoted individually and confirmed before you commit. It pairs naturally with a pay monthly website so enquiries and follow-up live in one place.

CRM questions
- Do I need a CRM as well as a website?
- Not everyone does. If enquiries are still living in your inbox or on paper and things get missed, a CRM gives them one organised home and makes follow-up reliable.
- Can it match the way we already work?
- Yes — that is the point of bespoke. We map your current process first and build the system around it, including your stages, labels and follow-up routines.
- Can website enquiries go straight into it?
- Yes. Where it is useful we connect your website's enquiry forms to the CRM, so leads land in the system automatically instead of in an inbox.
- Is the CRM included in the monthly website fee?
- No. The website package covers the site and everything that keeps it running. A bespoke CRM is an optional extra, quoted separately and confirmed before you commit.
- Is the service ongoing?
- Yes. Hosting, unlimited updates and support are provided on an ongoing basis for as long as your website is live — one flat monthly fee, with no fixed end date.
- What counts as an unlimited update?
- Content and design changes to your existing site — new text, images, pages, prices or contact details. Building an entirely new function is quoted separately.
